Rider Physiotherapy offers horse riders a
well-rounded, educated package to help improve your performance with your horse.
1 on 1 assessment & treatment
Sessions can be on or off horse or a combination of both. A typical assessment looks at the riders posture, balance, symmetry, strength and stability. All these factors have an influence on your horse. Video analysis is utilized on horse.
You are then given an individualized program. Treatment can consist of manual therapy, mobilization, specific exercises, strapping and lots of education.
